A 60-minute, one-on-one intensive to help you find your footing again
You’re functioning.
You’re showing up.
You’re doing what needs to be done.
And underneath it all, something feels brittle.
You might feel overwhelmed but unable to rest.
Disconnected from yourself, even when you’re surrounded by people.
Frozen — not because you don’t care, but because everything feels like too much.
If you’re a mother of a child with support needs, this makes sense.
You’re navigating complexity, constant decision-making, and invisible pressure — often without enough support.

Distillation exists for this moment.
Not to fix everything.
Not to optimize your life.
But to help you steady — and remember how to move forward from your own inner knowing.
When you’re burned out, the problem is rarely a lack of information. It’s too much input, too much pressure, and too little space to listen to yourself.
Distillation works because it:
- Reduces overwhelm instead of adding more
- Honors your nervous system and lived reality
- Centers your internal wisdom instead of outsourcing authority
- Focuses on what’s essential — not everything at once
- Creates movement without urgency
This is quiet, steadying support — designed for mothers who are already carrying enough.
Distillation is a 60-minute, private, one-on-one session designed to help you slow down, ground into the present moment, and sort what actually matters from what’s overwhelming you.
Before we meet, you'll receive a short intake form — just enough to help you begin putting words to what's been heavy. There are no right answers. It's simply an invitation to arrive.
When we meet, I'll listen first. Not to assess or advise, but to understand the actual shape of your life right now. From there, we work together — slowly, without pressure — to sort what truly matters from what can wait.
This is not therapy or crisis intervention. This is not a venting session. And it’s not coaching that sends you home with a to do list.
It's an hour of being genuinely heard, and helped to think more clearly than you can when you're inside the overwhelm alone.
Together, we will:
- Quiet the noise
- Clarify what's within your control
- Identify what can be reduced, released, or paused
- Name what you actually need in this season
- Define realistic next steps that increase your capacity- not drain it.
You leave steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself — not because your circumstances changed, but because you’re no longer navigating them from overwhelm.
This work is about orientation - helping you find your internal compass again so you can move forward with steadiness and self-trust.
You won’t leave with a rigid life plan or to do list. You will leave with:
- A written Steadiness Plan - a short document that names what we uncovered: what to release, what to tend to, and one or two next right things that are actually sized for your real life.
- Clarity on the one or two things that will actually move the needle right now
- A clearer picture of what can be released, paused, or asked for
- Relief from decision overload — even just for this season
- Language for what you need — so you can communicate it to others, or simply honor it yourself
- The relief of having been genuinely heard by someone who understands this life from the inside
This session is for you if:
- You are a mother of a child with support needs
- You’re burned out or nearing burnout, but still functioning
- You feel overwhelmed, scattered, or emotionally flooded
- You know something needs to change — but don’t know where to start
- You feel disconnected from your body, your intuition, or your sense of self
- Long-term programs feel like too much right now
- You need support that feels grounding, not demanding
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have the “right words.” You don’t need to know what you want yet. You just need to be willing to pause.
It’s about making enough space for you to come home to yourself — so you can navigate this season with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
You don’t have to do this alone.
This session isn’t about becoming a better mother.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
